By accessing or using Mise ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mise.
Mise is an AI-powered wardrobe styling service currently operating in closed beta. The Service allows users to upload photos of clothing items and receive AI-generated outfit suggestions based on their style profile. Features, functionality, and pricing may change at any time without notice. The Service may be interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
The Service is currently in beta. Features are experimental and may not perform as expected. All styling suggestions and recommendations are AI-generated and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only — they do not constitute professional styling advice. Mise makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, availability, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated suggestions. Your use of the Service during the beta period is at your own discretion and risk.
By uploading photos or other content to Mise, you grant Mise a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You retain full ownership of your photos and content. Mise does not claim ownership of any content you upload. Mise does not use your photos or personal data to train AI models.

By participating in the Mise closed beta, you agree to keep the details of the Service confidential. You agree not to publicly share screenshots of the Service, describe its features in public forums or on social media, or disclose any proprietary or non-public details of the product without prior written consent from Mise. This obligation applies for the duration of the beta period and until Mise publicly launches.
Mise reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or at our sole discretion during the beta period. You may also delete your account at any time from your Profile settings.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MISE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. AI STYLING SUGGESTIONS ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE OF ANY KIND.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MISE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MISE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL MISE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
